The drawings and documents concerning a constructed building are reference materials to that specific project and have a value exclusive to the owner of the building. The value of the drawings and documents is equal to the time and money required in replacing them. As the amount of time between the completion of construction and a future need for the plans increases, so does the difficulty and cost related to the replacement of them.

EasyAccess Building Archive is a service that places a Building's related information on a compact disk in a format that is easily accessible. The information is digitized, edited for readability, indexed and placed on a CD-ROM. The original documents and CD-ROM are returned to the owner and an exact copy kept in our archive vault for future reference.

The digitized information is stored in a PDF format and can be accessed by Acrobat Reader which is all supplied on the CD-ROM to the owner or property manager of a building.

If at anytime, the owner should require another copy of the CD-ROM or wish to add information or building changes, the archive CD-ROM can always be copied or updated.
